Our favorite crystal brand is blessing us with yet another Swarovski Lovlots cow….the Swarovski Angel Mo.

Swarovski Lovlots Angel Mo

Swarovski Angel Mo, soon to be a part of the Lovlots Cow Herd

The Lovlots Angel Mo cow is golden-colored, accented with bronze stars.  Being Angel Mo, she naturally has shimmering wings too.

This limited edition angelic cow will certainly remind Swarovski Santa Mo and the rest of the Swarovski Mo herd of the true meaning of Christmas.

Swarovski did not share the MSRP of Angel Mo in its article for the SCS members.  As the Lovlots mo cows have generally been around $55, I think this may be a reasonable estimate for the upcoming Christmas Lovlots addition.  Since the Angel Mo crystal figurine is available online, collectors will not likely find it at a discount price.  Buyers who want to save money should look for the email vouchers that the crystal brand sends out, and hope there are no exclusions for limited edition figurines.

Swarovski crystal collectors will be able to purchase the Swarovski Angel Mo from the online shoppe in early July.  This online limited edition crystal figurine will not be available in stores, so look for an email notice when she is officially available.

Crystal Exchange America has a large selection of retired limited online edition Mos prior to the 2012 releases for collectors seeking those discontinued Mos.  At their website, to find Swarovski Lovlots, navigate downward in the menu on the left side of the screen to the Lovlots and Zodiac category.

May 29, 2012, our favorite crystal brand officially released the Swarovski Bubble Mo for purchase in their online shoppe.

The Swarovski Mo herd is excited to welcome the new blue cow to the Lovlots family.  The Mo Herd presently consists of….

Swarovski Bubble Mo, New Blue Cow

Swarovski Bubble Mo, Lovlots Blue Cow, Limited Edition 2012

  • Swarovski Alabaster Mo (2007 Exclusive Edition)
  • Swarovski Belle Mo (2010 – 2012)
  • Swarovski Bubble Mo, Limited Edition 2012
  • Swarovski Charming Mo, Limited Edition 2011
  • Swarovski Country Mos, Limited Edition 2010
  • Swarovski Flower Mo, Limited Edition 2009
  • Swarovski Glamour Mos, Limited Edition 2010
  • Swarovski Halloween Mo, Limited Edition 2009
  • Swarovski Lucky Mo, Limited Edition 2012
  • Swarovski Missy Mo (2006 – 2012)
  • Swarovski Missy Mo, Large (2006 – 2009)
  • Swarovski Pinky Mo, Limited Edition 2007
  • Swarovski Santa Mo, Limited Edition 2011
  • Swarovski Soccer Mo, Limited Edition 2008
  • Swarovski Sunshine Mo, Limited Edition 2011

On the crystal brand’s web site, they state that Limited Edition Swarovski Bubble Mo will be limited to 10 per person.  This guideline is in place to ensure that many collectors can purchase them directly from Swarovski at original retail price of $65.  If there were no maximum quantity in place (as has long been the practice on the Swarovski Mo figurines), they can be quickly found in the online auctions at higher prices, which does not make dedicated collectors very happy.

Swarovski Bubble Mo blue cow is about 1 ¾” height.  The company uses these colors in their official product description: Scuba Blue, Air Blue Opal, and Lavender crystal.  Swarovski mentions that the laser engraved bubbles are symbolic of “bubbles of excitement” in the product description.

Collectors wanting any of the retired or discontinued cow Swarovski Mo figurines can likely find them at Crystal Exchange America in the ‘Lovlots and Zodiac’ category of the store.

I’m placing my order today for the Limited Edition Lovlots Bubble Mo.  I hope she is as cute in person as she looks online!

Yesterday, I found an update on the crystal brand’s web site regarding the launch date of the upcoming Limited Edition Swarovski Bubble Mo.  The company has announced to its SCS members that the 2012 Limited Edition Bubble Mo will be available for purchase in the online shoppe May 29.

Lovlots Limited Edition Bubble Mo by Swarovski

Swarovski Lovlots Limited Edition Bubble Mo

Swarovski Lovlots Bubble Mo is about 1 ¾” in height.  The company uses these colors in their official product description: Scuba Blue, Air Blue Opal, and Lavender crystal.  Swarovski mentions that the laser engraved bubbles are symbolic of “bubbles of joy” in the SCS news, and calls them “bubbles of excitement” in the product description.

Swarovski states in their announcement, that the Swarovski Bubble Mo blue cow figurines will be limited to 10 per person.  But don’t forget, there is only one Swarovski certificate per online order (modification in 2011), so if you desire a certificate for each Limited Edition Bubble Mo (which may not be a bad idea at all!), collectors should purchase one Bubble Mo per order.  Just remember, if you order one crystal figurine per order, additional shipping charges may be applied to the order.

The Swarovski Lovlots Bubble Mo (blue cow) and Swarovski Lovlots Lucky Mo (green cow) are both Limited Editions that are only available in 2012, hence retiring at the end of the year if not sold out prior to that date.  There are about 15 Swarovski Lovlots figurines that are retiring in 2012.  Other Lovlots may be slated for retirement later in the year, but those figurines (if any) have not yet been announced.  These Swarovski Lovlots Retirements can be found at www.RetiredSwarovski.com in the Swarovski Lovlots product line (down the left side of the browser window).

Last year, Swarovski introduced some figurines in the Happy Ducks group that could have some royal lineage.  Since that time, they have added more royal Happy Ducks to the family, so I wanted to do a brief posting on all of these Swarovski Happy Ducks.

Swarovski Prince Happy Duck

Swarovski Lovlots Prince Happy Duck

Swarovski Princess Happy Duck

Swarovski Lovlots Princess Happy Duck

In 2011, the crystal giant launched the Swarovski Happy Prince Duck and Swarovski Happy Princess Duck.  The Swarovski designer for these two duck figurines was Keiko Arai.  Both Happy Ducks are still available from Swarovski.com at a retail price of $75.

Swarovski Royal Wedding Happy Ducks

Swarovski Limited Edition Royal Wedding Ducks

Then, around March, 2011, with the celebration of the royal wedding on April 29, Swarovski produced some limited edition ducks, Royal Wedding Happy Ducks.  This pair of Happy Ducks was essentially the Happy Prince Duck and Happy Princess Duck, packaged as a pair with some special etchings, and offered as a Limited Edition in the UK.   (Check out the out the article on the Kristall Buzz for the Swarovski Royal Wedding Happy Ducks for more information on them).

The Swarovski Royal Wedding Ducks can be found at an attractive price on ebay for about 2 more weeks.  The ebay item # is 140735067314.

Swarovski Sir and Lady Happy Ducks

Swarovski Lovlots Sir and Lady Happy Duck

At the beginning of the year, they crystal brand realigned some figurines into different product lines.  So effective Jan, 2012, the Swarovski Happy Ducks are now Lovlots Happy Ducks.  The CrystalExchange.com has a complete list of Lovlots Happy Ducks on their web site.

Now, in 2012, Swarovski has created yet another pair of royal Happy Ducks.  But it is not the King Happy Duck, nor Queen Happy Duck.  This new couple of Happy Ducks is the Swarovski Sir and Lady Happy Ducks.  The Swarovski designer for Sir and Lady Duck is Verena Castelein.  These royal ducks are available at Swarovski.com at a retail price of $150.

Perhaps all these Swarovski Crystal Happy Ducks should get together for a tea party!

Yesterday, I came across this Swarovski blue cow (by accident I must say) on the crystal brand’s web site: Swarovski Bubble Mo!  This discovery was quite the surprise!

Swarovski Bubble Mo, Lovlots Limited Online Edition

Swarovski Lovlots Bubble Mo, LE 2012

According to the product description, Swarovski Bubble Mo will be an online exclusive that will retail for $65 USD.  The blue bubble decorations are laser engraved into the crystal, not tiny decals like some of the other decorations on the limited edition mo figurines.  While the Lovlots Bubble Mo will be available only in 2012, I did not see any information on the launch date.

The crystal brand produced one other blue cow: Swarovski Belle Mo.  This Lovlots blue cow officially retires in 2012, but it does appear that it is no longer available in Swarovski’s online shoppe.

The Swarovski Lovlots Bubble Mo is one of several Limited Online Edition Mo figurines.  Other Swarovski Limited Online Edition Mos include:

So let’s give a this Lovlots blue cow, Swarovski Bubble Mo, a warm welcome to the “Lovlots Mo herd”!

Crystal Exchange America has more details about Swarovski Lovlots Mos special editions.  If you are looking specifically for the Swarovski Limited Edition Mo figurines, they can be found in the Limited Edition Swarovski category of this online store.

About 2 weeks ago, I wrote an article about the Swarovski Lovlots Sealife family moving into the Lovlots community.  At the time, it was not clear exactly where they would reside in the Lovlots City.

Swarovski Lovlots Sealife Famiy

Swarovski Sealife Family in the Lovlots

Since that time and with some investigation, I have found that the Swarovski Sealife characters do have a specific place within the Swarovski Lovlots City….Sealife Jack, Sealife Johnny, Sealife Danny, Sealife Gina, and Sealife Shelly & Sam reside in the Lovlots City Harbor!

More information about the Lovable Lovlots Fish, Penguins, and Ducks can be found on the Swarovski web site!

Jan 102012

I had seen some 2012 previews on various websites, but today I noticed that some of the newest Swarovski Lovlots additions are now available for purchase directly from the Swarovski shoppe, ranging in price from $65  to  $165.

Swarovski Lovlots Sealife

Swarovski Sealife Lovlots - new for 2012

The Lovlots Sealife crystal figurines introduced in 2012 include:

  1. Lovlots Sealife Jack – 1115223.  Sealife Jack is a penguin and retails for $100.  Sealife Jack, and is light blue in color with a red and yellow beak.
  2. Lovlots Sealife Johnny – 1115219.  Sealife Johnny is also a penguin and retails for $50.  Johnny is the son of Sealife Jack (also smaller than Sealife Jack), and is light blue in color with a red beak.
  3. Lovlots Sealife Danny – 1119915.  Sealife Danny is a dolphin that retails for $165.  Danny is light blue with a gray tail.
  4. Lovlots Sealife Shelly & Sam – 1119916. Sealife Shelly & Sam are a couple of playful fish that retail for $90.  Shelly is a light green fish and Sam is a royal blue fish.
  5. Lovlots Sealife Gina – 1121757.  Sealife Gina is a seahorse that retails for $65.  Gina appears to be red and yellow.

While the new Swarovski Sealife characters are in the Lovlots group, I’m not seeing any mention of how they actually fit into the Lovlots city.  I can’t help but wonder if the “Swarovski Lovlots” are evolving more into a “category”, and less of a community / city as it has been previously promoted.

Swarovski has produced some displays, they promote for the Lovlots, but wouldn’t it be cute if they had a Lovlots aquarium and developed characters for the aquarium group?

The 2012 limited edition lovlots, Swarovski Lovlots Lucky Mo, is also available at the Swarovski shoppe.

If you are looking for any discontinued Lovlots Swarovski figurines, look in the “Lovlots and Zodiac” category of the Crystal Exchange America web site.

Just this past week, I found changes on the Swarovski.com website with respect to the Lovlots community.  Yesterday, I did a post on the Happy Ducks joining the Swarovski Lovlots group.  But they are not the only new members…. Swarovski Kris Bears have also moved into the Lovlots community.  Previously, the Kris Bear figurines were used in at least 2 different product lines:   Crystal Moments and Silver Crystal.

  • Swarovski  It’s a Girl Kris Bear – 949710 (on sale at Swarovski.com, 40% off!)
  • Swarovski  The First Kiss Kris Bears – 1114098 (New for 2012)
  • Swarovski  Only for You Kris Bear – 1096732 (New for 2012)
  • Swarovski  A Heart for You Kris Bear – 958449
  • Swarovski  Balloons for You Kris Bear – 1016622
  • Swarovski  Blowing Kisses Kris Bear – 1016623
  • Swarovski  Especially for You Kris Bear – 842934
  • Swarovski  Flowers for You Kris Bear – 1016620
  • Swarovski  Perfectly Happy Kris Bear – 1016618
  • Swarovski  Thank You Gift Kris Bear – 905788
  • Swarovski  A Rose for You Kris Bears – 1077419
  • Swarovski  You and I Kris Bears – 1096736

In early 2012, additional Swarovski Kris Bear figurines are expected to be released.

Including Kris Bear Ornaments, there are about 40 Kris Bears produced by the crystal brand.  Some of the more interesting ones include:

I think it would be cool if the Swarovski Kris Bears resided in “Kris Bear Castle” in the Lovlots city.  Or perhaps a wooded area distanced away from the “city”.  I hope the crystal brand keeps the district-theme alive with the new placement of the Lovlots Happy Ducks and now the Lovlots Kris Bears.

So, here is another change that is coming up on the Crystal Exchange America website.   Presently, the Kris Bear figurines are in the scattered throughout the site…the best way to find them is using the search feature of the site.  Very soon, these Swarovski crystal Kris Bears will become easier to find in a central location, the “Lovlots & Zodiac” category.

Dec 312011

I’ve been busy finding new 2012 Swarovski Crystal introductions and checking out changes on the Swarovski.com web site.  Today, I discovered that the Swarovski Happy Ducks have been moved to the Swarovski Lovlots group.  Previously, the Happy Ducks were grouped with the Crystal Moments figurines.

I wonder if the crystal brand is planning to incorporate a Lovlots Pond into the Lovlots City in light of this news.  That would certainly be consistent with how they organize this cute little colorful community!

So, with the two new 2012 Happy Ducks, there are a total of 17 Happy Ducks / Happy Duck pairs:

Swarovski Happy Ducks Punk Duck

Swarovski Punk Duck

Swarovski Happy Ducks Sir and Lady Duck

Swarovski Sir and Lady Ducks

Swarovski Punk Duck is new for 2012.  It is a silver-grayish duck with a bill ring, red spikes on the head, a choker of spikes,  and a skull near the duck’s rump.

Swarovski Sir and Lady Duck are an elegant couple.  Swarovski Sir Duck is wearing his finest tuxedo and Swarovski Lady Duck is all decked out for a fancy evening.

All the Lovlots Happy Ducks are designed by Verena Castelein or Keiko Arai.  Some of the Happy Ducks listed above as 2011 retirements can be found in the Swarovski shoppe at 30%-40% off.

So, this is just one change that is coming up on the Crystal Exchange America website.   Presently, the Happy Ducks are in the Crystal Moments category.  Very soon, these Swarovski crystal ducks  will be moved from this category to the category “Lovlots & Zodiac”.

Dec 152011

I’m starting to see the 2012 Swarovski releases on the web.  There are a number pictures appearing at authorized retailer websites in North America and in Europe, so the release must be just around the corner.

Swarovski Lovlots Lucky Mo

The Swarovski Lucky Mo (green cow) looks like a fun crystal figurine.  Lovlots Lucky Mo is a light green ‘Mo figurine’ decorated with 2-color 4 leaf clovers, green hearts, and a tiny red ladybug on the hind end!  Descriptions indicate that this is a Swarovski Lovlots limited edition available in 2012, much like Swarovski Sunshine Mo or Swarovski Santa Mo are/were available in 2011.  The height of Lucky Mo is 1.75” and retail price is $65.  The Swarovski identification # for Lucky Mo is 1096750.  I’m wondering if it is the same light green shade as Swarovski Flower Mo, or if there is a different variation of green.  Swarovski Flower Mo is decorated with flowers vs the lucky clovers on the newest cow mo.

The crystal giant has produced a number of other (mostly limited edition) Swarovski Mo figurines, dating back to 2006.

One of the Swarovski stores taking pre-orders is “Crystal Classics” in Columbus, Ohio, but there are a number of them on the internet.  The Swarovski Lucky Mo green cow appears to be a real cutie.  It would make a great gift for St Patricks Day or even a cute 4-H award.  So you go girl….Lucky Mo, go join your Swarovski crystal sisters in the Lovlots pastures!

Recently, I wrote about a video on YouTube featuring the limited edition cat Theo from the collection, Lovlots House of Cats.  In the article about Globetrotter Theo, I briefly mentioned the residents in the Lovlots House of Cats collection.

Lovlots House of Cats

Swarovski Lovlots House of Cats

While this article is also about the Lovlots House of Cats, the focus is really about the Park Hills district of Lovlots City, and the individual cat characters that live there.

Swarovski states this about the Lovlots Park Hills: “The large park is the center of this district with its extravagant and striking villas.  This is where the bohemians have settled.”

Swarovski also has small quips about each of the House of Cats figurines….

Some of these Swarovski Lovlots cats are actually family.  From what I have seen, Marie & Pierre are the parents of Emily and Theo. Diane and Ines are sisters.  It is not clear if Camille is related to either family.

The crystal brand has a brief Lovlots House of Cats video on their website.  Be sure and check it out as the kitty quips and adorable feline personalities shine through in the video.

Many of the Lovlots House of Cats crystal figurines have retired or are retiring in 2011.  Some are still available at the crystal brand’s website.  If you miss the opportunity to purchase from them or an authorized retailer, check out the Swarovski Lovlots category of the www.crystalexchange.com web site.

Oct 102011

Swarovski has produced and uploaded a video to YouTube about the Lovlots Theo traveling the globe.  The video shows Lovlots Theo (not to be confused with Theo the Turtle) at various locations in SouthEast Asia.

Swarovski Theo is a black cat, posed in a Halloween position and designed by Edith Mair.  Theo the cat is in the Lovlots collection, specifically the grouping “House of Cats”.  Theo was the Limited Edition Lovlots figurine for 2009.  Other Swarovski House of Cats character kitties that reside in the posh Lovlots Park Hills district include:

  • Swarovski Diane – 988017, retires in 2011.  Pale chocolate cat modeling her strand of pearls designed by Edith Mair.
  • Swarovski Emily – 995045.  Fashion fuschia feline, with a butterfly resting on her ear, designed by Peter Heidegger.
  • Swarovski Marie and Pierre – 995011, retires in 2011.  Pale blue and pale burgundy pair of romancing kitties designed by Edith Mair.
  • Swarovski Ines – 995008.  Soft seal cat, decorated with a choker, designed by Edith Mair.
  • Swarovski Camille – 995006, retires in 2011. A sleeping bronze cat designed by Stefanie Nederegger.

Like any manufacturer, Swarovski is about promoting new and current products.  I’m a bit confused as to their selection of figurines for this video… a retired black cat.  Perhaps because Theo photographed well (taking good pictures of crystal can be tricky!)?  Perhaps they are planning to introduce a bigger Theo?  Only Swarovski knows the answer to this question.

Toward the end of the video, they mention taking pictures of Theo on his journey around the world and posting them to Facebook for a prize.  So there is some kind of Swarovski Theo Competition on the horizon, but I was not able to locate any further information on the subject.

If you are planning to participate in the Swarovski Theo Contest, and do not have this Limited Edition Lovlots figurine in your collection, you can find Swarovski Theo at www.crystalexchange.com .  Simply use the search feature and type in “Theo” (without quotes).  Be sure to purchase the limited edition cat as I don’t believe Swarovski wants to see the Theo the Tortoise in photograph submissions!

Swarovski’s colorful and adorable lovlots all live with the ‘Lovlots city’.  The Lovlots city is a friendly and growing community, with districts being added with new Lovlots groups moving in.

One of the popular groups is the Swarovski Gang of Dogs.  The Gang of Dogs quickly took up residency in the ‘East End’.  Referring to the East End, Swarovski states, “With its narrow urban canyons, this melting pot of different cultures is exactly the right place for creative individuals from all walks of life.”

Swarovski Gang of Dogs in the Lovlots collection

The Swarovski Gang of Dogs was launched in 2008 with 5 crystal dog figurines in the group:

  • (6) Swarovski Peppino.  Peppino is a Bassett Hound designed by Edith Mair.  The Swarovski system number is 935720 and it retails for $75.
  • (2) Swarovski Salvatore.  Salvatore is a Great Dane designed by Edith Mair.  The Swarovski system number is 935721 and it retails for $75.  Salvatore is scheduled to retire in 2011.
  • (3) Swarovski Tomaso.  Tomaso is also a bulldog designed by Stefanie Nederegger.  The Swarovski system number is 935722.  This bulldog retails for $325.  Tomaso is scheduled to retire in 2011.
  • (1) Swarovski Tomasino.  Tomasino is a bulldog designed by Stefanie Nederegger.  The Swarovski system number is 935718.  This bulldog retails for $75.  Tomasino is scheduled to retire in 2011.
  • (4) Swarovski Violetta, limited edition 2008.  Violetta is a lavender poodle designed by Edith Mair.  The Swarovski system number is 935719.  Violetta, being a Swarovski limited edition, was only available in 2008.

In 2011, two new figurines joined the Gang of Dogs:

  • (5) Swarovski Coco. Coco is a little light blue Chiwawa / Chihuahua designed by Edith Mair. The Swarovski system number is 1089200 and it retails for $60.
  • (7) Swarovski Scottie.  Scottie is a Terrier, dark green in color and wears a red collar designed by Edith Mair.  The Swarovski system number is and it retails for $110.

The Swarovski Lovlots East End residents create a charming East End family.  The newest members can definitely be found on the crystal brand’s web site.  The Swarovski Gang of Dogs that are retiring in 2011 or have already retired may be found at the Crystal Exchange America web site www.CrystalExchange.com  in the category of Lovlots & Zodiacs.
